and i thought i was hiking up to the predictable.then there it was.we go down from here.way down.

i thought from here on end, twas all smooth sailing.just yesterday i grasp the significance of the number six.

we never know enough till we come to it.seeing this as a new surrender, our flags are up.we lose.for now.still we still see the significance of six.
i know you've seen this all too familiar.it was immediate. if circumstance and consequence leads us anywhere near that fateful venue, you bet I'd be there.we will always live under the fear that time will catch up to us one day.striking that difference.what could have been, never could have been.
maybe we've made that mistake from the start.like the first button buttoned wrong, we won't notice till the last one and we have to unbutton and rebutton back to the top.i would like to say we didn't make that mistake.

with your back facing me, notes back and forth, stolen glances and borrowed pens, until there's nothing left, let the world consider us.
